Real Estate Coordinator

Job Type: Real estate
Salary: Full time: $36,000 – $50,000
Location: Raleigh, NC

If you've got in-depth knowledge of the real estate process, including contracts and the title/escrow closing process, superb project management and multitasking skills, and an impressive list of real estate software knowledge, we want to hear from you!

Job duties / What you'll do:

  • Interact with Resale Management team overseeing $50+million book of business.
  • Corroborate with other coordinators from listing preparation through contract closing.
  • Coordinate with Field Services on all HOA requirements and signage logistics.
  • Work with Open House coordinator on opening weekend marketing logistics.
  • Ensure offer presentation package accuracy.
  • Manage renovation timeline with field services and vendor partners.
  • Communicate with and update client resale departments.
  • Review coming soon and active listings to ensure accuracy and copy-write quality.
  • Navigate Paragon MLS, Bridge Listing Input, and DASH workflow software daily.
  • Coordinate all contract to closing communication with attorneys, lenders, and realtors.
  • Assist in due diligence communication and coordination.

Job duties / Apply if you're awesome at:

  • In-depth knowledge of residential real estate practices.
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts and the title / escrow closing process.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and various reports / sources.
  • Excellent organization, project management skills and the ability to multitask.

Social Media Specialist

Job Type: Marketing
Salary:
Part time: $12.00 – $18.00/hour
Full time: $36,000 – $50,000
Location: Raleigh, NC

If you're good at posting selfies, or pics of your dinner, please do not apply—we're already super amazing at that. But IF you know how to generate daily content, across multiple platforms, with a consistent message, sparking engagement then YOU are who we're looking for.

Full disclosure: we kinda suck at social media-ing. We don't 'tweet,' 'snap,' chat,' DM, IM, PM or GM....really we don't do any M-ing. We don't know what tik-tok is or Kik, or HouseParty. If you know how to use all of the aforementioned social media tools, and believe you are qualified to manage and produce social media content for a cutting-edge real estate firm in the Triangle, please send us an IG video showcasing why you want and deserve to work with us.

Job duties / Apply if you're awesome at:

  • You'll work directly with our Divisional leadership to develop and curate content calendars across multiple brands and social media platforms.
  • Schedule postings, content, video, event templates through all branding platforms.
  • Take longer-form content (blogs, podcasts) and turn it into micro-content (short video posts, stories, snaps, memes).
  • Oversee any new content, and provide feedback on deliverables.
  • Assist and collaborate in all live event-run social campaigns by creating templates and plans of action ahead of time.

Paid Internship

Job Type: Internship
Salary: Part time: $12.00 – $18.00/hour
Location: Raleigh, NC

Are you a (currently enrolled) undergrad-level student looking to help distrupt the real estate industry—maybe even redefining what Realtor 2.0 will look like? We're listening...

You'll need technological competence with a desire to evolve existing solutions. A sales first personality with an appreciation for operational excellence. You'll be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job duties / What you'll do:

  • Work with Divisional Leadership to move internal projects forward.
  • Prepare and review market analysis for external clients.
  • Implement client marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and presentation materials.
  • Manage and update prospects by utilizing an internal tracking database.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving other interns and business leaders centered around current business challenges.
