Terry treated my parents like family. Going the extra mile several times beyond a relator's job description, Terry was there for our family anytime we needed him. He was there to guide my parents through the long and arduous moving process. Terry's performance was flawless as he completed the business transaction in record time. This transaction was completed quickly and effectively while he advocated on my parents' behalf to ensure they got a fair deal. Mr. Anastasi genuinely cares about what experience his clients will encounter while navigating through the process. He can offer a hand when you are in need, lend his ear when you are expressing a concern, or be your second pair of eyes to ensure the home is staged just right before a showing. Thoughtful, generous, and caring, you can be sure that you have all of what Terry Anastasi has to offer---including that big ol' heart of his.

Would definitely recommend for selling and Buying houses, He’s very through, professional and polite. My parents don’t speak any English but He make them comfortable around him and communicate with them anytime there’s things that need to be discussed. He deserves more than five stars!!

Terry is an absolute gem, he’s the guy you want in your corner when dealing with a very volatile and chaotic market like the one we’re experiencing in the triangle right now. Like most, I was terrified listing my house because I wasn’t sure where I’d end up or if i’d even find a place to live. Terry went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he spent countless hours finding my family the perfect place to call home. We are now under contract 50k+ above asking on the home we’re selling, and 25k UNDER asking on the property we are buying. That’s absolutely remarkable and insane to me at the same time.. I’ve used numerous real estate agents in my life and can confidently say that Terry is the hardest working agent I’ve ever come across, you can tell from the start that he loves his job and he cares about YOU more than anything. He was ALWAYS available and accessible, he made me feel like I was his only client even though I knew he had numerous others… Terry, thank you so much for your hard word, dedication, and unwavering confidence that my dream could actually become a reality. Terry was amazing. From day one to the finish he went above and beyond. Every house we went to he was on time, had extra information, and even crawled into crawl spaces to give it a good check! He was available to us all the time and that was super helpful in this market. Any house we looked at he sent us a very detailed breakdown the same night so we had time to make a thought out offer. Can’t say enough about how big of a help he was to help us buy our home.

Words can't describe how incredibly lucky I was to have Terry Anastasi as my realtor while purchasing my first home. It was a long and tedious process that I definitely would have forsaken had I not had Terry in my corner. I knew absolutely nothing when starting the process. I had nothing but a thought of being a homeowner, and Terry walked me through the ENTIRE process, from my initial pre-approval with the bank for a loan, to after closing and setting up utilities. Terry was absolutely the best realtor I’ve dealt with! I’ve dealt with other realtors and they’ve made me feel like what I’m asking for is not possible. He was amazing at negotiating in this market and I felt no pressure or just another $ amount to him. He truly cared about me and what I wanted. This was my first home and I kept saying I wanted a “fixer upper” and every time we would look at a house, he would be like you could do this or this. He never once pressured me though to choose a house I wasn’t happy with. Terry was easy to get a hold of as well, I never felt like I had to worry about hearing from him. He even kept in communication with my parents when I was out of town for some of the closing work. I would recommend Terry over and over again and I have not stopped recommending him since I closed on my home. If you want the best of the best, Terry is it!

Terry is hands down the best realtor and should be your first call, especially in this market. He is the guy you want on your side when trying to sell a home and made sure we got the best deal possible. He went out of his way (above and beyond) and was extremely considerate of our need to sell our beautiful home as best and as fast as we could. He made it happen and I will definitely be using him again in the future. Great person, knows the market, always available, really listens, and puts in the time and effort so you can maximize your profit and minimize the time your house is on the market.

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Terry Anastasi as my realtor while selling my house.
