Cameron was absolutely amazing. We could not have dreamed that we’d stumble upon someone so attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive as him! From day one Cameron was there showing us any house we wanted to see at the drop of a hat. His background in construction really helped as well, as he was able to not only show us homes, but have a special “eye” for potential issues that could arise from certain issues with some of the houses. He was always honest, and was excellent at explaining every step in the home buying process. He was so attentive that we were able to find a house super fast, and get an accepted offer in no time. I really can’t say enough on how much he helped us as first time home buyers!

Cameron Proctor with DASH Carolina was ALWAYS so attentive and responsive to all our needs and requests! He was always accommodating and understanding around our hectic schedules. This was our first time buying a house and Cameron’s knowledge and guidance through each stage of the process was SO APPRECIATED!! We also really appreciated Cameron’s transparency and honesty throughout the home search/process. Cameron always went up to bat for us in multiple situations and supported us as buyers in anyway he could. Have worked with 4/5 different agents now either purchasing or selling a home and Cameron has hands down been the best. You name it he’s on it! Not only that but you can tell he really cares about you and your needs as a client. He’s always available and willingly goes over and beyond.

Cameron helped me out when I was looking for a local place for my mom. We looked at one location together and he set me up with a special MLS search to find houses matching some very narrow criteria. He was also very clear in identifying the challenges we would face, given those criteria, in finding a used home for sale and even finding a new home to be built. His communications with me were very direct and honest, and I appreciated his insights very much. He didn't attempt to sugarcoat anything, which was a HUGE plus for me. If I start looking for another house in the area, whether for myself or someone else, I'll be happy to call on Cameron again!

Cameron did an amazing job of assisting us with the purchase of our home in Apex. As first time home buyers we were not aware of a lot of things but Cameron was very patient in explaining everything to us. He is very sincere, punctual, friendly and he gave us some excellent feedback at every step of our home buying journey. He also made sure that the final closing process was as smooth as it can be and we were extremely impressed by his work ethics. It was a pleasure working with him.

If you are reading this and trying to decide if Cameron is the right agent for you… stop trying and just pull the trigger already! Can’t thank Cameron enough for his help finding a house. Him and Dash were very data driven and didn’t ever try to push any house on us just to get under contract. In fact during a sellers market… he actually was able to get us the house we wanted WHILE we had a VA contingency (which has been unheard of). This is a no brainer for you in opinion… don’t make a mistake by using another agent!! We had a negative experience with a different agent who helped us SELL our house (in a different state) and it really demonstrated how awesome of an agent Cameron is. Zero issue. A++++++

Cameron Proctor has been absolutely incredible to work with. We’re home shopping from across the country and from day one Cameron went above and beyond. Starting with virtual showings to meeting up with us when we came into town to show us every square inch of the Raleigh area that we might have been interested in. His work ethic, responsiveness and knowledge blows every other agent we came across before him out of the water. Cameron has made home shopping fun and taken so much stress out of everything. I worked with Cameron Proctor to buy a new construction house. He is literally the most detail-oriented, responsive, and reliable real estate agents that I have ever worked with. We were not in person for closing and inspection and Cameron did all the due diligence for us, from pre-dry wall inspection, final inspection, and closing. He is awesome.
