Carl is very professional and friendly. He did a great job with getting comps and coming up with a great price to sell our house. Carl also gave us tips to get our home ready to sell. We received offers before we showed the house but decided we wouldn't take those offers and would do an open house for the weekend instead. This was definitely the right decision because we received multiple offers above asking price. Carl also negotiated with the buyer so we could have a longer closing which allowed us to stay in our house for almost two more months. During this process, Carl was always available and answered our questions. He was a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job.

Carl was an amazing real estate agent. Very professional and attentive. Carl got us into 30 houses to tour in a month. He setup all the closing documents, worked all the negotiations for us.
