Hello, Hello, Courtney LaMotte here, your new favorite real estate professional! As a Louisiana native, the social aspect of my career is in my blood, I'm a natural born hostess with the mostest. After being in the service industry collectively for 8 years, I always knew I wanted a career that would allow me to continue helping others, creating new relationships, and keeping my social butterfly alive!
In 2020, I moved to Raleigh on a whim and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I didn't waste any time, I obtained my license and started searching for a place to call home career wise, after making Raleigh home heart wise. Then I found DASH Carolina. With all the tools, resources, tech, and support I knew I couldn't be anywhere else. But more importantly than all the fluff, DASH represents a collective group of agents who treat all their clients exactly how I strived to represent them when I was on my own. By doing "The right thing, every time, at all costs." DASH took what I thought I knew and elevated it to the max.
Having lived in Raleigh for over three years and working in the real estate industry for more than two years, I have gained valuable insights into the local market dynamics.
