Elise is very special person. She was always there when you needed her. Answered her phone at any time. she assisted me with knowlege of buying a house. I would recommend her to anyone interest in buying or selling a house.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Elise and just her in general. I’m a first time home buyer and I knew what I was looking for whenever I started to look in the market in Raleigh. I remember telling her: this is what I’m looking for, within this price range and this area code, can you help me? I kid you not, same day she ended up finding me the house that I ended up buying. Prior to beginning the search for our second home in Durham, we met with several real estate agents to determine who would be the best fit for us to work with. This was in the spring of 2021, when the triangle real estate market was moving at a pace never before seen and homes were being bought site unseen after only being on the market for hours. We also were looking for homes in downtown Durham, sometimes at historical homes ~100 years old, so we were looking for someone that would be willing to do the ""dirty"" work of inspecting low spots, crawl spaces, and foundations. Finally, we were looking for someone who was well-versed in the process of negotiations of buying a home in a market heavily leaning in the favor of sellers. From the moment we met Elise, we knew we had found a true gem of a real estate agent. Her energy, kindness, willingness to work with us was something I'd never seen in an agent before. She would show up 15 minutes early to every appointment. She crawled in every crawl space. She was candid about every concern she had about every house. Most importantly, she communicated without fail during every step of the process. We are blessed to have found Elise and are so thankful for the work she did for our family. Elise was a repository of local information and a capable advocate for us during this brutal market. She painstakingly identified locales and listings that checked our boxes, and was incredibly patient with our ever changing considerations.
