Jacob is the man! We actually connected over a year prior to buying our home via Zillow. We had to postpone our search a couple times and ended up looking for houses during a pretty volatile and record-hot market. Jacob was persistent in the nicest way over the past year, reaching out to check in, wish us a happy holiday, or give us a market update. When we were finally ready to start looking at houses for real, he was extremely communicative, knowledgeable, timely, and sensitive to our needs and wants. He was great at checking potential houses thoroughly and giving us a heads up about any potential repairs etc. needed. He was so responsive and so timely with responses that we sometimes felt like his only client! He's great at making you feel like a priority. Given our situation as a couple (young, first-time homebuyers, still in school, interracial, and LGBT+), we wanted to feel safe and accepted with an agent. Jacob made us feel nothing but welcome and safe the entire time. Feeling like you can trust your agent in that way is absolutely priceless. We'd recommend Jacob to anyone looking to buy a home!

We were living out of state (Arizona) and were shopping for a home in the Durham area. Jacob Lowder was our Dash Carolina representative and with this assistance we purchased a home meeting all our desired features. Throughout the shopping, virtual walk-throughs and challenges of this long-distance process, he daily kept us appraised of new listings and was immediately responsive to any questions or requests we made, including doing a special walk-through of a home with our daughter after we had done a video walk through with him on a different day. Jacob made us feel like we were his only customer, Face-Timing us and willing to walk a neighborhood while doing so to allow us to “see” the surrounding homes. He was extremely attentive and even assisted us after the sale with a couple of items the seller overlooked like obtaining the code to the security system and finding out which mailbox was ours. I hope we have a chance to work together in the future should the need to buy or sell in the area arise.

Jacob, is the best. Military friendly, extremely professional, and went way out of his way to accommodate us, since we were not even in North Carolina through the entire process. He made sure we were totally informed and kept up to date every step of the way. Thanks to him, our Son was able to close on his first home right before his official work start date. Highly recommend for anyone moving into the area.

Jacob Lowder was everything we could have asked for in a realtor - he was highly prompt and communicative, he gave us really honest advice on the pros and cons of each of the houses we were considering, and once we had an offer accepted he guided us through the closing process and made sure we were well-informed every step of the way. He helped us tour many houses and pointed out a number of details in each one that I wouldn't have noticed myself, and it always felt like he was really trying to help us find the right house for us. We can't say enough good things about Jacob Lowder! We recently moved to the Triangle from NYC and were looking to buy our first home. The process of buying a home was quick, with fewer worries that so many warn about, and it was all thanks to Jacob and DASH Carolina.
