I cannot recommend Katie enough. I have been working with Katie for quite some time (to no fault of her own, I was quite picky and took a break from the home search when the market was absolutely insane) and she has been the best realtor I've ever worked with. Her local knowledge of the area served me well moving from Charlotte. When it came to submitting offers, she was such a great help in formulating a plan of attack. Once the offer was accepted, she was 100% on top of the process. She guided me to all of the right professionals and made sure the house was sound and gave me great confidence in the purchase. She really made the whole process much less stressful, all the while getting more money in closing costs than I could have hoped for. I am so grateful to have had Katie by my side in the journey to purchase a home!
